Summary of Duties:

Reports through the Senior Customer Service Representative -  Revenue or Manager of Customer Service and Assessment or Division Manager - Taxation and Revenue.

Work Performed:

  • Provides property tax information to property owners,  answering questions regarding  property tax billing. 
  • Processes Pre Authorized Payments, address changes and other questions.
  • Completes standard form letters as required and files incoming documents.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in Community Community College Business Administration Diploma or similar field.

Must be a current student enrolled in full-time studies returning to school full-time September 2025 and/or require this placement to graduate from an academic program.

Experience:

1-2 years related experience.

Compensation & Other Information:

$22.44/hour.

This posting is for one (1) temporary full-time up to 4 month student position (May - September 2025).

Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Work Arrangement: In office.
