Summary of Duties:

Reports through the Senior Customer Service Representative- Revenue or manage of Customer Service and Assessment or Supervisor of Taxation and Revenue. 

Work Performed:

Provide property tax information to property tax owners, answering questions regarding property tax billing, pre-authorized payments, address changes and other questions. 

Completes standard form letters as required and files incoming documents. 

Performs related duties as required. 

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a Community College Business Administration Diploma program or equivalent field/discipline. 

Compensation & Other Information:

$23.00/hr.
