Summary of Duties:

Reports to the Supervisors II, Facilities Maintenance & Operations may take direction from Mechanical and\or Electrical Trades to assist with various maintenance work.

Work Performed:

Assist City of London staff with miscellaneous maintenance tasks.

Perform maintenance painting.

Cleans mechanical areas as required.

Assists other trades people in their work.

Qualifications:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

Must be a current student enrolled in full-time studies returning to school full-time September 2025 and/or require this placement to graduate from an academic program.

Specialized Training & Licenses:

Valid Class G Driver’s Licence is required.

Compensation & Other Information:

$22.44/hour.

This posting is for one (1) temporary full-time up to 4 month student position (May - September 2025).

Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Work Arrangement: In office.
