Summary of Duties:

Reports to the Supervisors II, Facilities Maintenance & Operations may take direction from Mechanical and\or Electrical Trades to assist with various maintenance work.

Work Performed:

  • Assist City of London staff with miscellaneous maintenance tasks.
  • Perform maintenance painting.
  • Cleans mechanical areas as required.
  • Assists other trades people in their work.

Qualifications:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

Enrolled in a full-time studies trade program returning to full-time studies September 2026 and/or require this position to graduate from field of study. 

Specialized Training & Licenses:

Valid Class G Driver’s Licence is required.

Compensation & Other Information:

$23.11/hr.

This posting is for (1) position starting in May-September 2026. 

Evening and shift work may be required.
