Summary of Duties:

As an Organizational Development Intern, you will support the design, delivery, and administration of corporate learning initiatives. Key duties include developing and updating eLearning modules, uploading and testing digital learning content for functionality and accessibility, and performing administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS), such as scheduling programs and responding to user inquiries. The role conducts research to inform employee recognition practices.

Work Performed:

  • Develop and update eLearning modules that meet the learning needs of the corporation.
  • Upload e-learning content (SCORM, web-links and PDFs) and test for functionality, compatibility and accessibility before launch. 
  • Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to handle administrative tasks such as the coordinating and scheduling of learning and development programs.  
  • Respond to inquiries from system users regarding LMS functionality, data and course availability.
  • Conduct research to help inform employee recognition best practices.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Eligibility under the City of London International Student Graduate Internship Program as follows (see below):

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

 

  • Have been an International Student that has graduated within the last year from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Canada within the educational programs/disciplines of: Business, Communication/Media Studies, Educational Studies, Human Resources and/or equivalent.
  • Currently hold valid Post-Graduate Work Permit to be legally entitled to work in Canada, and
  • Has an English language benchmark of level 6 or above.

Compensation & Other Information:

$23.11/hr. 

This posting is for (1) International Internship opportunity for the duration of 20 weeks. 

This position is hybrid: a mix of in-person and remote work is required.
